“I've stayed here before. I originally chose it because it was inexpensive and allowed pets. When I arrived after 11 pm they were still kind and efficient. They got me checked in quickly and I was able to get in the room and off to sleep which is just what I needed after my long drive. I was there a week this time and everything was good. Its not the Ritz but its clean and comfortable, the people are very nice, and everything works. The only thing negative I can say is that the pillows arent……

“Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would……

“Both cabins were clean and ready to go when we got there. The host was very quick on responses and gave helpful information that was important to know during the stay. Cabins were spacious and had lots of open space for people to gather in. Outdoor space was great as well. Only a couple of things which could have been better. First, the cabins only have two or three showers in each. With a large group it would have been helpful to have a couple more bathrooms. Second, the hill to get up to the……

“It was clean and quite ranch style lodge and the view was beautiful saw wildlife outside our door and they have trails to go hicking they have a stable for horses they have a full bar and a great place to eat dinner and the food was great, the staff was ver nice and friendly and made it a great place to spend our Time. We will definitely be back. Pet freindly also.”
