“The cabin itself is beautiful but it needs a deep thorough cleaning. The linens were dirty on one of the beds and another bed had hair on sheets which tells me they were not even changed from the prior guests. Floors, toilets were filthy. We found dead bugs in one of the showers and on many of the window sills. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer available so we could was the bedding. ”

“The Relax and Play Chalet is the perfect name for this property. It has everything you need for a worry-free, peaceful stay in the mountains. The check-in/check-out was easy and I had the host's phone # for quick text response to a question. We saw a deer outside our bedroom window on the first day! “We love visiting Hot Springs and we were excited to stay at this absolutely adorable house. The decor is rustic, but not antiquated. The property is beautiful and was perfect for what we were looking for. We got to explore the Paint Creek valley trails (hiking and mountain biking) and take a dip in the creek after! Melanie was so helpful and accommodating, and even left us the sweetest note wishing us a happy anniversary. Melanie, thank you so much for adding to an already magical weekend! ”

“It was clean and quite ranch style lodge and the view was beautiful saw wildlife outside our door and they have trails to go hicking they have a stable for horses they have a full bar and a great place to eat dinner and the food was great, the staff was ver nice and friendly and made it a great place to spend our Time. We will definitely be back. Pet freindly also.”
