“This villa was very comfortable, clean, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The villa had some updating, but there were a few things still dated (the washer/dryer in plain view in the dining room is just as it appears in the listing). Our only issue was a dishwasher that wasn't working and a back door lock that needed to be adjusted as it was hard to lock. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. ”

Once on the property, he offered to upgrade our housing, which we took advantage of, and we were glad we did. The home was clean and well appointed with everything you needed for a great getaway. We will stay here for our next Everglades trip. ”

The owners thought of every detail from coffee/tea to games. The location was easy to visit both downtown Lake Placid and downtown Sebring. The welcome notebook was helpful.
