Jodi had thought of plenty to make her renters comfortable ( including a TV soundbar) at her well appointed condo. Her timeliness, clarity and organization made for our effortless enjoyment of everything at Babcock Ranch, especially golf. Within 5 minutes walk of the pool, fitness, golf bag drop, and the pickle and tennis courts, the condo's location also offered lakeside……

“Everything in here still looked like new. Your view from the screened porch area is the #2 tee box on the National coarse. The location in Babcock national is Great. 3 pools, tennis, and pickleball all in walking distance. Grocery store and a few restaurants less that 3 miles. ”

“The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked for our long-term stay. The host was very responsive and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It is one of the best-stocked and well appointed properties out there in my experience. The location was great on the first floor with easy access to the pool and fitness center. Wonderful property and wonderful host!”

“The accommodation was good. A king size bed would have been better. A ceiling fan on the patio would have made sitting on the patio in the late afternoon more pleasant. Also at night the entry door was very dark.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom condo. The living area was so nice and bright and the sunsets magnificent! The hosts were wonderful and very responsive although we didn’t need to contact them except for one minor issue. The pool and exercise facility were within a short walk from condo, which we used often. All in all a great stay.”

“Property was very well presented and excellent condition. Excellent view of Babcock National 10th hole, Babcock Lake and Founder Square across the lake. Owner was excellent to communicate with and checked with us part way thru our stay to see that all was going well. Membership transfer at Babcock National was helpful feature. Only downside was that stay was fairly expensive as beside base rental fee, Babcock Ranch charged for many amentities and eating establishments at Babcock Ranch were……
