“I had a very pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of one of Vienna's beautiful buildings. Upon arrival, I urgently needed to find a pharmacy, but most were closed. Hudeifa went above and beyond to assist me—he not only helped locate a night pharmacy but also accompanied me there and communicated in German to ensure I got the correct medication. Thanks to his help, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without worry. I also arrived quite late in Vienna, but Hudeifa……

“这家酒店在距离维也纳市中心20分钟车程的山上，有免费停车位。这个酒店的外形像一个城堡，房间也很大，有一张双人床，还有一个沙发床，全家人住一点问题都没有。唯一一点小缺点就是床太软了，睡醒有点腰疼。”

“Centrally located, rooms were spacious and clean, good value for money but don’t expect this is a hotel; it’s more like a youth hostel. Reception only opens half day (check in only until 3:30pm) and we had a hard time reaching out to the staff..no one replies any email before arrival.”

“Llegamos a las 21:00h, llamamos y estuvimos un rato esperando a que alguien bajase para a recibirnos (como 10 minutos esperando en la calle). Cuando subimos nos encontramos con un lugar sucio, en condiciones de semiabandono (mostrador de recepción hinchado de la humedad). Nos llevan directamente a nuestra habitación, la cama era tapizada y el tapizado estaba mugriento, la habitación sin barrer, había pelos, tiritas usadas, etc de clientes anteriores. En la cama, las sábanas estaban un poco……

“Realmente nunca me alojé en un lugar con tanta desidia. No había internet, papel higiénico, seguridad en la entrada del lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco el elevador, el freezer no se podía utilizar. Y para colmo el departamento apestaba a olor a cigarrillo. Eso sí la comunicación con la empresa que prestaba el servicio era buena, pero no hacían nada para solucionar la situación ”

“Literally the best hostel ive stayed at and ive been to more than i can count. This place was extremely clean, everything was convenient. There was always soap, toilet paper, we had locked lockers. I felt very safe and had a great time staying there!! I hope they continue the great work. Highly recommend ”
