“We were very impressed on how clean this place was. It was well supplied with cooking items, towels, linens, and anything else you would need. Originally, my GPS took us to the wrong rental and when I called the rental company, the lady who assisted us was very nice and got us to the correct address. The only thing I would mention is the staircase going down stairs needs to have grip tape or equivalent applied because my son in law slipped on the stairs. They stairs are very slippery especially……

“Overall, this was a very nice experience! We only stayed 1 night but everywhere was clean and easy to find. The only thing I didn't really like was there was no way to lock the tent so initially I was a little nervous. The neighborhood looked a little rough and old but everything was clean and very quiet so it wasn't an issue. The bathrooms were a fair walk up the hill so we drove up whenever we needed to use them but they were very clean. Overall, it was good. ”

“It was a quirky ride up, but really enjoyed the house. Everything expected (and more) was supplied. The only thing missing was dishwasher pods. Bedding was super nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the view and hot tub. Barely used the downstairs since we only had 2 couples. Wish we'd had more time there, but we attended MerleFesr every day. ”

“We came for a wedding at Sky Retreat and made a long weekend out of the trip. The property is gorgeous and dogs had a blast. Cabin was clean and well stocked. The screened in porch is amazing! We enjoyed our time at the house so much. My only suggestions for improvement, and mind you, I’m still giving 5 stars for everything, is to have one of the king beds not be memory foam/squishy, for us older folk with back issues or stomach sleepers. And, consider replacing the small main couch. None of……

“It was a short stay but would stay longer if the opportunity would arise. The chickens greeted us and they are beautiful. The place was very lovely and clean. Great place to visit. If you are from the city, you would enjoy the country. ”

“This a very quiet and peaceful getaway fir spring break. We wish we'd have had more time to spend. We had no issues with our stay, communication, cleanliness or anything. If you're looking for a nice retreat, this is the place... Just be ready for a morning wake up by the cows if you're a late sleeper..:)”

“This house was perfect for us 3. The shower upstairs was not working. But the shower downstairs was wonderful.I think a rug should be placed at front door as it was muddy and wet. We did not want to track into the house. And maybe a boot/shoe tray for winter?The hallway doorway for the hot water heater was off its trackWe look forward to staying there again. thank you for your hospitality. Tania”
