“We had an amazing stay at this charming tiny house nestled in the mountains of North Carolina! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the house itself was cozy, clean, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host went above and beyond to make our stay special, even accommodating us by letting us modify our reservation last minute. We were also pleasantly surprised to find an extra space heater waiting for us, ensuring that we stayed warm and comfortable……

“We really were so happy with our choice to stay here. This cottage is adorable, clean, and cozy. It had all the kitchen items we needed/wanted. The bed was comfortable for us (and we are picky!) It's such an easy walk to downtown, even in the snow! We enjoyed the hot tub as the snow fell and the wind howled on Friday afternoon (the tub temp was perfect!) Yes, there is a house right next door, but with the tall privacy fence, it was not a big deal to us at all...even when we were in the hot……

“Booked a long weekend to attend our sons wedding in the neighborhood. Cabin was very nice and was easily accessible for mobility challenged senior (ramp to enter no steps) Was clean with everything you would need for your stay. One bedroom on main floor with loft bedroom accessible by stairs and another bedroom on lower floor also steps to reach. Highly recommend cabin”

“It was a short stay but would stay longer if the opportunity would arise. The chickens greeted us and they are beautiful. The place was very lovely and clean. Great place to visit. If you are from the city, you would enjoy the country. ”

“Bear Neccessities was amazing and perfect for our needs. Property was easily accessible, despite rainy (followed by snowy) conditions. The kids loved being able to hang out in the great room with the fireplace going, and my wife and I enjoyed the quiet. We had an interesting run-in with a couple of Carolina Wrens upon check-in, but that was more amusing than anything. Would highly recommend this property to friends or family.main room and occasionally play nintendo by the fireplace, and my wife……

“We spent the most amazing mountain trip at this gorgeous cabin. The mountain views alone from the living room were stunning. The living room is very inviting and perfect to wind down at night and watch movies on the big TV while enjoying the fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any cooking needs. The cabin is beautifully decorated, clean and very welcoming. Additionally the basement area kept us all entertained. There is a ping pong and foosball table and other fun games. The……

“We were very impressed on how clean this place was. It was well supplied with cooking items, towels, linens, and anything else you would need. Originally, my GPS took us to the wrong rental and when I called the rental company, the lady who assisted us was very nice and got us to the correct address. The only thing I would mention is the staircase going down stairs needs to have grip tape or equivalent applied because my son in law slipped on the stairs. They stairs are very slippery especially……
