“Very nice, comfortable and clean.”

“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. “This hotel is a good example of a business that does better than its surroundings. The area is tough, with cars broken-into around the area and garbage dumped into the streets. There are numerous warning signs to leave nothing valuable in your car. Better though, the hotel itself is well-stocked but somewhat run-down. The staff were friendly and helpful but they do suffer from the national labor shortage and there's not enough of them for the number of people staying there. So this place is……

“Free airport shuttle, recently renovated, game room, free breakfast, clean and friendly staff.”

“In an effort apparently to safe paper, there were no glasses or cups for drinking and no coffee pot in the room. One then had to ask for them. Also the TV remote did not work. It needed batteries. When we asked, were told to come down and get them, but we were already in pj's and asked them to bring them up. But we had to call a second time before they arrived. One would think that the cleaning staff should always check to see that the remotes are operational. Apparently not. The only……
