“The Ramble was a great hotel with a super helpful concierge and front desk staff. They went out of their way to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed when we had a 4 am airport call time. “The check in process was arduous at best. There was a line of people trying to use the check in machine and apparently it wasn't working properly. It made for a very extensive wait time and for that reason, we probably won't return. ”
