“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! “I love it there! Went there last year when we went to the red rocks for a concert! They are very clean, comfortable and I feel safe there! Easy access to just about anywhere! The beds are SO comfortable! There’s nowhere else I would book a room. PERIOD‼️ I had to leave early because of a family emergency and they credited me back with no problem so whatsoever they were totally accommodating and I just can’t give any better reviews. They are five star all the way!”

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“Great place! Currently undergoing renovations, but it was great on the inside and the rooms were quite soundproof as well! I believe it is one person managing the front desk, and he is always on call! He helped us even when we checked in at 1am! Thanks again!”

“The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. ”
