“Everything was exactly as advertised. This loft is in an excellent location and perfect for walking around RiNo and even LoDo, though it was a bit more of a haul. The beds were comfy, toiletries were provided, and for a loft, it was a quiet space. Our only complaints were the tv doesn’t connect to the internet, so we couldn't use it for one of our activities, and the patio was very dirty. “My 18 yr old son and I rented this condo for a quick trip to Denver. It is extremely quiet in this building. The condo was clean, pots and pans, streaming tv (need ur own logins), love the small patio and we felt safe due to a building lock, hallway lock and then of course ur front door lock. If you want somewhere quiet, this is the place for you. I never heard one person the entire 3 days I was there. Host are very nice. ”

The space itself is incredible with great amenities and perfect for large groups and the location is unbeatable with plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. Jon was very flexible and communicative and I will definitely look to rent the space anytime a group of friends is in town!”

The common space is great for groups, beds are super comfortable and the place is light and clean. We enjoyed the roof decks as well. Jon was so responsive as a host and did whatever he could to make our stay enjoyable. Our family really loved our stay.”
