“We had a terrific stay with Caren and David. They are wonderful hosts. The studio has a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and living space. There is a patio with a grill, Adirondack chairs and a beautiful garden. The neighborhood is charming with easy access to bike paths. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Caren and David provided us with lots of good info about Longmont and beyond. We hope to stay here again. ”

“Great spot in downtown Denver. Easy walk to Coors Field and lots of great restaurants. We used this as our home base for our trip to CO and traveled to Boulder, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, all a little over an hour drive. Building staff were very helpful. Hunter made things very easy and was a pleasure to communicate with. This place has a lot of little extras you don't always get such as extra phone chargers, little toothpastes, and a few kitchen supplies. We did cook and found everything……

The shuffleboard table and outdoor spaces kept us busy. The parking lot (customer pay) is very convenient and a lot of scooters are available on the street. Great stay!”
