“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Friendly staff, good hot breakfast, and the freshly baked cookies and tea was a delicious treat each day. Much better mattress than most hotels. Right next to a RTD bus stop, so very easy to get to and from Denver International Airport and to and from Boulder. Only negative is the TV sound quality.”
