“The home has a nice downstairs with a rec room, TV and large couch. Perfect for the little ones to play. Two private bedrooms share a bathroom as well.Upstairs are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and kitchen/living room, and large dining room. Plenty of space to spread out, and beautiful deck to eat on.. The home was clean, organized and comfortable for all ages. We spent five nights here, and loved the close playground/park with the little ones, and the Rec Center was walking distance. Very……

“This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. ”

“This property was conveniently located between the wedding venue location we were in town for and the airport. The inside was cute and tidy and the owner was very responsive. The outside of the property needs some attention; we drove past twice, unconvinced it was the right place because it looked so unkempt. ”

If you are a light sleeper take the upstairs room as the house is creaky but it’s part of the charm. Felt like insta-hot water. Easy check out protocol. Two blocks from downtown Golden and Mines. We found it a great home base. ”

“The house was exactly as shown. Nina was great to work with. Only issue I had was the bedrooms and living room lighting was not very bright (difficult if you’re a book reader). Place is great overall. ”

“The location is perfect for walking to Old Town Arvada to shop, eat and just have a fun time! A short walk to Snooze or Starbucks for breakfast was great. The townhome is really nice…the kitchen is big and so is the living room and primary bedroom”

“We were in town for a college track meet. The house was great for the 8 of us, plenty of room for everyone. The location was great to get back and forth to the track meet. Kitchen is missing a couple of key items that most cooks use regularly.”

“I booked this property last-minute for a quick stay from Denver and found it exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and situated in a stunning historic Boulder neighborhood. Though I only stayed for one night instead of two, the location alone makes it a great choice. Communication with the host was limited, but I didn’t require much interaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in one of the best areas in Boulder!”

“I was eager to write this review as we really enjoyed staying at this BNB. It was well appointed with a well designed interior. We loved having carpet! And it was in beautiful shape. I would say the only comment for our stay was we could have used a little more stocked toilet tissue and had to purchase that. The pillows in the master bedroom could probably be replaced. Otherwise a top-notch property that we have already recommended to friends. ”
