“We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! The outside fire pit was a real hit! The kitchen had everything we could ever possibly need. The neighborhood was gorgeous, so private, wooded and serene. We didn’t see a moose but that’s simply a reason to come back again! ”

“Minor “hiccup” on check-in was resolved quickly. We have stayed in Estes “proper” before. It’s nice but you don’t really feel like you’re ever out of the “rat race” that we go on vacation to get away from. This place solves that problem tenfold. Far enough out to be away from it all but close enough to go into town if that’s your scene. We will be staying here again, if it’s available, when we come back to Colorado. ”

“We were visiting our son and daughter in law and planned a ski weekend. The house is very interesting and incredibly well appointed. Very comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen. Very close to Eldora. Randy was so easy to work with. You’ll love staying there”

“Want a place to get away to the close out doors and get the small town feel at the same time. I highly recommend this place for that feel and coziness. It also pet friendly and plenty of parks nearby to walk to.”

“House was great. Only cleanliness issues were with several of the pot/pans which appeared to be cleaned via the dishwasher which left them greasy and unclean (and the dishwasher had greasy residue too). The outdoor grill needed cleaning (lots of debris in the bottom). Location was very convenient to downtown but was 1/2 block from railroad tracks. Trains came by at night/early morning and were loud. ”

“The views were incredible. The lower level bedrooms need to be sprayed for bugs.The communication with the host was great. ”

“Really great in most every way if you have a car; only issue is walkability- 0.25 mi to Westside Tavern, 0.5 mi to Native Roots Dispensary, further to anything else!”

“This place is a great location to walk along Pearl Street. Extra touches with snacks, bottle of wine, bathroom supplies and coffee. Had a great time visiting Boulder. Nice safe neighborhood as well. ”

“The condo was nice and roomy. However, we did not have any internet connection or TV for the first 3-4 days. The condo was quite cold. We could not get the temperature to go above 67 and it was around 62 in the morning. We were sitting around in our winter jackets for the first 3-4 days with no TV to watch. . When they finally got the internet/TV to work, they also got the temp. corrected. There were space heaters in the bedrooms which we had to use, however, they blew the circuit……
