“Amazing property in every way! Everything about our stay here was top-notch. Check-in was a breeze, the house itself is incredible (I can't say enough about how beautiful and comfortable it is), and the location is great. Property managers were easy to reach and had an incredible turnaround time. The yard alone is a sanctuary for peace and tranquility. “This is easily the best place we have ever stayed on holiday! We stumbled across it after being beaten down by expensive hotels in Denver downtown, and would recommend it strongly. Extremely good value for the price, quality amenities, very responsive hosts (they even came to come fix our tap within 30mins once it leaked!). Perfect location 15min drive up the canyon from Boulder. Kitchen is very well stocked with herbs, oil, microwave, oven, fridge. We were devestated to leave and will be coming……

“This home was perfect. Hosts were very welcoming leaving us a note and welcome basket. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had essential supplies. There is an adorable little patio and free parking. The location was a short walk into Pearl Street where there is plenty to do and many many great restaurants. “The wife and I stayed here 7/2-7/6 for the Phish shows at Folsom. The location is great! It is within walking distance to pretty much everything. The artwork in the house is very cool. We loved the showerhead. It was nice to have the outdoor hangout area. Stay here, the place is great.”

“We had a great stay at Susan's place for a week. The house was very clean and matched the description. The location was very convenient to walk to the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street. Multiple grocery stores (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Safeway, etc.) were a short drive away. We also found the location convenient to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. Susan always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“The studio is very nice and well appointed. It is in the basement of the owners house and has its own entrance on the back of the house. Nice kitchenette (sink, fridge, stove, etc.) shower, large and comfortable bed. The only point to note is the ceiling height is probably 6 feet 1 inch. I am under 6 feet so not an issue. Close to Pearl Street. I would stay there again.”
