“GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!! Words can't express how great this property is. Just sitting outside in hot tub area and seeing elk just walk past like its nothing. Deer laying down in the driveway. Property very, clean and everything you need the property has. Will be my Estes park go to when I return ”

“I have stayed at many Estes Park properties over the years and this was one of the best. Close to downtown but private and secluded on the side of a mountain. Lots of wildlife seen from the deck. Beautifully redone bathrooms on the upper levels and a huge kitchen. This was a long weekend trip for college friends and it was perfect.”

“We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. “We came into town for the annual Scottish Highland games. This was the perfect location to town and the quick drive to the fairgrounds. The property was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is not on a through street. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would definitely book again.”

“This house is a perfect 10. A group of friends (5 couples) came to Boulder for a football game and had a blast. The house is super spacious and has a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen is stocked better than our home kitchens. Amazing outdoor space too with a garden. We used some basil for a caprese salad. Jeff was very communicative and responsive. We all would highly recommend this house.”

“Ridgeview is an amazing property located perfectly on the edge of Estes Park proper. Fully equipped and very clean with super comfy beds! Owner was proactive in notifying us of an issue and handled it quickly. The back deck was definitely our favorite spot - mornings meant watching the sunrise on the mountains with a steamy cup of coffee and evenings were spent enjoying the sunset with a cocktail. Bonus was the huge heard of elk (100) that moved right past the property one evening - so……

“Our stay was nothing short of MAGICAL!! The house, the amenities, the VIEWS! The location was perfect for our stay as it is about 35 minutes to everything we wanted to do…CU Boulder, Chautauqua Park, Arvada festival, Red Rocks (about 45 mins), downtown Golden. I was nervous about the winding mountain road to the house but it wasn’t bad at all and we got to see a lot of wildlife. We had a little nephew stay an afternoon with us and he had fun with the tinker toys, ping pong table, and swing set.……
