“This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. ”

“I booked this property last-minute for a quick stay from Denver and found it exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and situated in a stunning historic Boulder neighborhood. Though I only stayed for one night instead of two, the location alone makes it a great choice. Communication with the host was limited, but I didn’t require much interaction. “This home is beautiful and spacious with a large kitchen with many amenities and even good knives that was great for cooking for the group. There is plenty of space for a large family and ample and comfortable furniture and beds. The basement is large and ping pong and foosball tables were a hit. Huge screen for movies. Many staples and spices, and bath products were left for use.Location is convenient for hiking and views of the mountains. Our two concerns were that Devin did not have back up……
