“Location was PERFECT. Quiet but close to town ...an easy walk to shopping and eateries. The town is lovely; a safe, clean and vibrant place! The easy and quick drive to RMNP was wonderful as we hiked and explored it all. ”

The pictures make it seem like you also have the backyard with the tiny house but it's actually a part of the other rental on the property. The host did not let us know the main house was also being rented out by someone with dogs, we were traveling with our dog as well so we could've prepared a bit more for that interaction.”

“We were so lucky to have found this property and they were able to accommodate us last minute when our other lodging fell through. This home is huge! With more than enough space for our family of 4. Check in process was super quick and easy with instructions sent to us the day before. House was clean and inviting on a beautiful piece of property with a view of the stunning mountains of RMNP. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub that was hot and ready to go and the kids enjoyed the ping pong room!……
