“I am big on cleanliness, especially since I have 2 toddlers who will frequently pick food up off of a floor and eat it. This place was so incredibly clean! The space was perfect for our family and had all of the amenities we needed. Family friendly VRBO situated in a family friendly community! We had an awesome time. ”

“The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". The place itself is a bedroom, a bathroom and a foyer that doubles as the kitchenette with the microwave,……

“My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I came on a quick getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. Very well organized & put together. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Prospect business district, which has lots of local food options. It was also 10 minute drive to downtown Longmont, 30 minutes to Boulder, and 50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would highly recommend staying here!”

“We loved our stay at this private, cozy guesthouse in Lafayette! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops in Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, which made it feel like a true retreat. I stayed with a friend; she had the bedroom, and I took the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable! The space is decorated in such a cute and thoughtful way, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“The property was perfect for me to work remote and enjoy close proximity to outdoor activities near Boulder. Everything was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The hosts were quick and clear with all communication. I recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay near Boulder.”

“This was a great spot -- very clean and well-appointed. Easy walk to great restuarants. Close to both Denver and Boulder. Nice owner. Only issue is that internet would be fine and then drop out unexpectedly about 10% of the time. The owner said they have fiber optic connection, so no idea what the issue was, but happened multiple times on Zoom meetings. Would definitely stay again if not working.”

Hosts are lovely- hardly saw them unless they were bringing fresh eggs from the most adorable chickens! Love this place- already booked for next time! ”
