“My cabin was about two feet from the roaring Big Thompson river. That was so cool. Can't imagine if the river was higher. Crazy. At first you think, wow that river is loud, but it lulls you to sleep right away. Everything was comfortable, maybe a little worn, but it was great. A bit expensive too. But the porch swing on the river was really nice.”

“The stay was great. There was no hot water in our shower and the toilet in our cabin was very touchy and would often run continuously after flushing. A giggle of the handle cured the problem but if guests were not cognizant of the issue it would waste a good amount of water ”

“The property was great! From the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor dining spaces, we had beautiful views with very well-appointed amenities. We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded. ”

“Location was awesome. Very quiet and private. All amenities were available, beds were very comfortable and owner is very nice. Would visit this cabin again in the near future.”

“The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.”

“This was our 1st time to Colorado and this cabin welcomed us perfectly! We loved being right on the river. We saw wildlife every day/night - mule deer and elk. The location to RMNP is perfect - close enough to easily access it, yet far enough away to not have terrible traffic. “Clean and comfortable. The only minor thing I would add would be that I wish a box of tissue would have been provided. ”

“The cabin was clean and well taken care of. My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. The location felt far in the woods but the drive to town was simple and quick which is what we wanted. The internet was reliable. Overall what we really wanted for a nice weekend. ”

“The town of Estes Park and RMNP were incredible. The rental was nice. It's a little bit dated but the pictures showed the conditions. We had no problem with that. We had a little problem getting into the rental. We didn't receive the door codes until the last minute. And that was after talking to customer service. The only complaint we had is that the dishes and utensils were a bit grimy. We had to wash everything before we used it. Other than that, it was a great stay. The view from the……
