“Mitchell and Jodi are consummate hosts! They both have an incredible energy and made us feel welcome immediately. The neighborhood and property are beautiful and there is really no place else like Prospect. The carriage house had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Colorado…comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after hiking and exploring. Our hosts had plenty of recommendations and they were so spot on with the restaurants and activities. The pups’ were……

It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. ”
