“So quaint and our lodge was the perfect location on the stream. The bakery next door was a plus. Wish I’d known there was no oven in advance need better info on what is included- I brought stuff they provided which was nice!”

“Cozy cottage - with a relaxing, down to earth vibe. Fully equipped kitchen and good-sized bedrooms. We liked the front porch too! If you want to get out of the Ft. Collins traffic, this place is only minutes from downtown.”

“ This home was perfect for my family of 5 (three kids ages 17, 15, and 11). It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The location was ideal for going into the less-crowded Kawuneeche entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and for exploring downtown Grand Lake. “It is a cute quirky cabin that we enjoyed. A location that we found very convenient to everything in the Grand Lake / RMNP area. Kitchen was fully stocked for home cooking. We will stay here again when in the area.”

“This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. ”

“The place was great. A quick drive into Boulder. We would definitely stay again. The backyard was great place to have our morning coffee. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror.”
