“We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to Rocky Mountain entrance, peaceful and quiet. The house had everything we needed and gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time as a family. We especially loved seeing multiple deer right from the property! We’d definitely come back again.”

The neighborhood and property are beautiful and there is really no place else like Prospect. The carriage house had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Colorado…comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after hiking and exploring. The location was ideal for going into the less-crowded Kawuneeche entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and for exploring downtown Grand Lake.
