“Quiet and very clean ”

“Charming 3 bedroom cottage. The bedrooms are all spaced out which is perfect for families with older children. Everything is on one level (no stairs) making it convenient for individuals with mobility issues. Living rooms is quite spacious and the furniture is comfortable. This cottage has no AC which is common in mountain communities but we were grateful that there were plenty of fans on property to help cool the house down. I was a little disappointed that you have to provide your own hand……

“Excellent stay in a clean & comfy, pet-friendly cabin with character, all newly redone inside and outside, and set within a fantastic overlook of the Colorado River. The host is super friendly and very helpful. The house is remodeled with love for detail and a professional touch. The inside is much more spacious than the outside lets on. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. If you stay here you will feel like home, and you will never really want to leave. A great getaway place close to Grand……

“The morning views of Longs Peak were breathtaking! The house was not huge and we had 6 adults and 4 kids. It was plenty close but it worked well!! The snow was beautiful and the wind was fierce!! We had a wonderful time and everything was as it said. I have but one complaint with every single Vrbo we book, they all have crappy vacuums!! I would love to keep the floors clean and don’t mind doing so. Get decent equipment!!! That’s the only thing that I would change!!! Thank you for letting us……
