“We absolutely ADORED staying at this cottage. We went for Spring Break and it was perfect. . We enjoyed relaxing at the cottage, eating wonderful food in town, and enjoying the scenery. The location of the cottage is perfect. It's just 10 minutes away from Colorado Springs which was so convenient. The hot tub and shower were amazing. We loved reading by the creek. We plan on visiting again soon! The property manager was the nicest ever, too!”

The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors. “My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs… we will definitely stay here again!! ”

“This property was cute. There were a couple of personal dislikes. First the bed squeaks horribly. Every time you get in and out, roll over etc. Thank goodness I remembered my ear plugs for both myself and my husband or we would not have had any sleep. The shower does not drain so by the end you are standing in dirty soapy water. Otherwise it was everything we needed for our stay. ”
