With walking distance to Garden of the Gods and a five minute minute drive to both Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Highly recommended!”

“This is a wonderful place to stay that is cozy & quaint just up the hill from Manitou Springs downtown! The cottage had everything we needed & the communication with the owner & her family was exceptional! Loved having the hot tub just beside the cottage, which was an added bonus, as well as being able to park right outside the front door! Manitou Springs is a cute little town this is located on some very steep roads and some of them are narrow but we didn’t ever have any problems with running……

It is set back from the street so it is safer for little ones. The location is also perfect. Walking distance to trails, dining places, and even grocery store. And yet, you still feel like you’re staying in a country cabin. Our hosts were amazing and helpful in every way. They live on site, but are never intrusive. This is definitely a top……

“We stay often in COS, to visit family, and we were delighted to see this newer listing in the Old North End — a lovely, historic and quiet neighborhood! Everything was exactly as described and in photos. Beautiful outdoor garden and very comfortable bed. We didn’t eat meals there, but the full kitchen was great. Easy access to highway and downtown, but we also recommend strolling the neighborhood and nearby park!”
