“We stayed in a suite since we were going to be in CO Springs for a week. When we arrived, there was dried eggs on the door. There was no light bulb in the lamp in the living room area. The kitchen counter was dirty. The carpets need a good cleaning. Items were found from the last visitor (washcloth on lamp shade, toothbrush on top of bathroom medicine cabinet, partial grooming kit under the bed). We also had trouble getting clean towels and had to ask the desk staff to get us some. The sheets……

“Overall: I would stay again. Walkable to a lot of stores and food. Cleanliness: Was mostly clean. There was an obviously human stain on the sofa, so I did not sit on it. The floor needs to be mopped more frequently as my socks turned dark quickly. I ended up hand washing the floor with a washcloth the 1st day.
