“Our stay was amazing but had to pay an extra $10 of parking everyday to park in a parking lot next to the hotel. I felt this should be included in the stay. Other than that the breakfast was amazing and the rooms very clean and spacious! ”
“The breakfast was excellent with a ton of options. The ladies were constantly putting out food. The bedding was amazing and so comfortable. They gave me the wrong WiFi password so that was slightly inconvenient but overall the experience was amazing and I’d definitely stay here again. ”
“Great staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well. ”

“Been traveling for a year now. Hundreds of motels. This is the closest to like being home. Very comfortable. Daughter brought some food over so we could have dinner. Went downstairs and they gave me a box full of plates and bowls and cups and all the things we needed. The front desk people are amazingly kind and helpful.”

The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. ”
