“Bed was extremely comfortable! Overall fine experience, the front desk people were friendly, everything was clean. I didnt like the coloring/lighting it was all very overstimulating. Breakfast area was very crowded! ”

“The property and rooms were clean and updated which was nice. The check-in process was lengthier than at other hotels. I had to fill out a form with my address etc. Also I asked for late checkout and was told I couldn’t be given it unless I provided my email and signed up for their membership program. That was disappointing. I don’t mind paying extra for late checkout, but I don’t want to have to sign up for a program just for late checkout. ”

“This was a perfect place to stay with my large family. We enjoyed the pool, arcade, and the restaurant/room service. And free drinks were awesome perfect way to end the day! Front desk service was excellent! Breakfast was mostly good stayed 4 days and several things were burnt each day. This hotel is beautiful but the rooms could use some updates the sliding doors are very old and seem to be a hazard and the brick around the windows have mold growing from condensation which also affects the……

“In my opinion, the bed was a little hard. But everything was clean. The staff was great. Even allowing us to check in a little early so we could get dressed for a wedding. Which we arrived to ontime because the staff were awesome.”

“Overall: I would stay again. Walkable to a lot of stores and food. Cleanliness: Was mostly clean. There was an obviously human stain on the sofa, so I did not sit on it. The floor needs to be mopped more frequently as my socks turned dark quickly. I ended up hand washing the floor with a washcloth the 1st day. Breakfast: The same everyday - waffles, eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There were also various breads and spreads, yogurt, eggs. Nothing unusual. It tasted fine. Colorado Springs is……
