“My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute studio for a long weekend during her spring break. It was centrally located to be a convenient drive to the places we wanted to visit and was in walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, strip malls, etc. The kitchen was perfect for reheating meals to be able to eat in a few times and everything was comfortable and clean. ”

Otherwise happy with the cleanliness. Only other complaint is the minimal sound barrier between the other living quarters. Overall tolerable. ”

There is an additional parking area available, but it's on a slightly elevated ground, making it suitable only for SUVs. It can accommodate two SUVs. This apartment is not ideal……

“We loved our stay at Steve and Ann's VRBO. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming. My 2 children loved it. The vintage decor was really fun. The hot tub and spacious back patio was great. The neighborhood was quiet and had a secluded feel with lots of pines throughout. It was all just perfect for a multi-day adventure in Colorado Springs. If we are back in the Springs, we'd definitely stay with Steve and Ann again. ”

“The home is clean and very pleasant. We loved the fireplace and cozy living room arrangement. The kitchenette was thoughtfully furnished. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star review is the lack of a kitchen sink. We were able to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink which is right next to the kitchen area so it wasn’t a big problem.”
