“This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there! One suggestion would be to have a small supply of paper plates/cups/untensils on hand for guest use. There were only a couple and……

“This property is just as it says. Cozy and comfortable! Chad was excellent to work with. Everything supplied in this home was upscale. Beds were very comfortable. We did have our fur-baby with us and she felt right at home as well. The fenced yard was a big plus. We would rent this home again and again if in the Colorado springs area. Thank you Chad.”
