“We stayed for a USAFA event. It is a bit far from USAFA compared to some other locations, but never took more than 30 mins to make the drive (it was a weekend so rush hour not a factor). The owner made personal contact (not a faceless big company property), and showed interest in our comfort/enjoyment. What more can you ask of a host? ”

“The size and location was great. Two areas could use improvements. 1 the bar stools seat covering is peeling off so we put towels on them as the covering was literally falling off. 2 There is one kitchen cabinet door that has literally fallen off. 3 The flatware needs some improvements there were 4 metal forks the rest were plastic which worked but weren’t optimal. 5 the deck was awesome but the yard was overgrown and was basically like straw so the kids couldn’t go off the deck. ”

There were tons of activities that you could do within the property that you wouldn’t know what you would want to explore first. Every room is beautiful and comes with so much space. People rent houses, we make them feel like home. For that, a lot needs to happen. Our host was flawless in their communication.
