“Very pretty property. Rooms were comfortable and nice-looking. Small old bathtubs. Beautiful bar with scenic terrace. Nice new valet service. Service in the hotel was mostly nice/cordial, but didn’t go even slightly out of their way to get information or problem-solve for a large group of business guests who were staying there but attending a conference at the Broadmoor a couple miles away. Also, the biggest reason I score them only 3 is that the hotel forgot to tell me at checkin that they……

“Bed was extremely comfortable! Overall fine experience, the front desk people were friendly, everything was clean. I didnt like the coloring/lighting it was all very overstimulating. Breakfast area was very crowded! ”

“I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to book this hotel as I just stayed at another Hyatt and had a not so great experience but, I'm glad I did after all. This Hyatt was clean and updated. I felt comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend! ”

“Our one night stay was fine. Only complaint is that we couldn’t get out of the parking lot deep in the bowels of the building when departing the next morning. So we returned to the front desk and discovered that our ticket that we needed to activate the lifting of the barrier didn’t work because it needed to be validated. We just didn’t know this.”

“I love that you have a pool/hot tub and the free breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, best I’ve had from a hotel in a while. The four stars was because the hot tub was not hot at all, it was the same temp as the pool. ”

“房間很乾淨 洗澡水夠熱 check in 也很方便 有幾個問題我個人覺得很嚴重 讓人沒有辦法睡好 冰箱噪音，也許是用太久或已經有問題 他整晚都在運轉，而且就在床旁，深夜裡其實很大聲 廁所通風扇，也許是跟其他房間共用管線，或者是外部的風吹進來，這風扇深夜會有噪音，在夜晚他就像在打節拍 隔音非常不好，11點後還是會聽到非常大聲的其他住客吵鬧 對於想要好好安靜休息的人我不推薦，但他地點還不錯，附近有幾個好的餐廳 ”
