“We stayed in a suite since we were going to be in CO Springs for a week. When we arrived, there was dried eggs on the door. There was no light bulb in the lamp in the living room area. The kitchen counter was dirty. The carpets need a good cleaning. Items were found from the last visitor (washcloth on lamp shade, toothbrush on top of bathroom medicine cabinet, partial grooming kit under the bed). “Negatives: I was given a handicap room even though I did not book one. Because of this the bed was very low. The mattress was honestly the worst mattress I have ever slept on.
