“Overall: I would stay again. Walkable to a lot of stores and food. Cleanliness: Was mostly clean. There was an obviously human stain on the sofa, so I did not sit on it. The floor needs to be mopped more frequently as my socks turned dark quickly. I ended up hand washing the floor with a washcloth the 1st day. “We stayed for two nights. Apart from being made to wait until the very last minute to check in -- absolutely loved it. The property is just beautiful; lovely and well-kept grounds right up against the red rocks. We saw turkeys and mule deer in the grounds. The castle was beautiful with many original features but nicely updated. The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and efficient. Loved our visit. Also, it's very close to Old Colorado City -- we went down there both evenings.”

“Very nice hotel, nice service, and the room is clean. I was arrived at 12:30, I really apprecate they can accept my early check in. A convenience store near by the hotel, around 10 mins on foot. Nice airport shutle service, call them while arrived, waiting less than 10 mins.”

“The property and rooms were clean and updated which was nice. The check-in process was lengthier than at other hotels. I had to fill out a form with my address etc. Also I asked for late checkout and was told I couldn’t be given it unless I provided my email and signed up for their membership program. That was disappointing. I don’t mind paying extra for late checkout, but I don’t want to have to sign up for a program just for late checkout. ”
