“Beautiful home for a family stay, with plenty of room to spread out.”

“We stayed with four families and children ranging from 4-15. Everyone had a comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, and plenty of room to spread out! Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and is well designed for feeding a large group. The owners were excellent to work with and had great communication.……

“Kevin is a great host, house is exactly as advertised, spacious and clean. All amenities provided and location is close enough to everything you would want to do in the springs, as long as you have a car. I did not know there is no air conditioning in the house so be wary if you’re going the extreme heat, Kevin did arrange for a portable AC in one room and a cooling fan in another. ”

“12 friends took a road trip to Castle Rock, CO. What an awesome property at the end of that trek. Super clean. Great layout. Plenty of everything we needed. And the game options made for some fun evenings. We will look for this property again if we are in the area again.”
