Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and is well designed for feeding a large group. The owners were excellent to work with and had great communication.……

We all had plenty of room, we could all hang out together but yet had 5 bedrooms and two separate living rooms so we could have some separation as well. The house came with plenty of amenities to use while staying there. It was in a safe quiet subdivision with easy access to coffee shops and a grocery store right across the street. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to see while staying in Colorado Springs. Having access to a full garage……

“Kevin is a great host, house is exactly as advertised, spacious and clean. All amenities provided and location is close enough to everything you would want to do in the springs, as long as you have a car. I did not know there is no air conditioning in the house so be wary if you’re going the extreme heat, Kevin did arrange for a portable AC in one room and a cooling fan in another. ”
