“This property was amazing! We were visiting Charis Bible College just six miles up the road and found the seclusion of this property perfect for our group. The bedrooms were HUGE, which we loved. When the title says wildlife sightings, it wasn’t kidding! Shortly after arriving we saw bald eagles circling above. On the first night we were visited by a huge black bear. Later in the trip we seen 6 deer walk down the road. On the last day we had turkeys and grouse in the yard. We couldn’t have asked……

“The property was beautiful! Just the right size for our family of 5. A bunch of movies and games. Even toys for the littlest ones. Wildlife comes by twice a day. The place had everything we needed to cook meals. Location was also good. Short enough to get into Colorado Springs and a gorgeous drive to the mountains for skiing. ”
