“This is a very clean, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated basement walkout apartment. We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from amenities, and a short drive from Pike's Peak. Twice we were rewarded with Elk walking past our patio, just steps away from us! (Unfortunately we didn't have our phones ready to take pics). The bed was quite comfortable, and the cozy living room provided comfortable seating areas, and a good selection……

“This place is very cute and nestled in a quieter area outside of Denver and Boulder. The hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. The bathroom was also very well stocked and lots of linen in case you need to set up the sofa bed.”

“Had an excellent stay. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick. Although unit is located behind the owners house in a sub division, all the houses sit on a couple of acres so it feels like you are in a more remote area, especially with the mountains right behind. The deck offers great views of mountains and town of Monument. It's located very close to the……

“This property was very spacious, clean and comfortable.”

“We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request.”
