The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. “We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”

“My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more……

“This place puts all other vrbos we have stayed at to shame. It has the perfect location, away from any big citys. Close enough to denver. Easy drive to colorado springs. Thats if you even need to leave the beautiful town ov woodland park. Some of the best food and coffee ive ever had. Hikes everywhere, very close to a disc golf and golf course. Not to mention the veiws. Probably the best veiw of pikes peak is directly infront of you on your 2 minute commute to woodland park. We saw deer in the……
