“We rented this home to stay at as my daughter’s wedding venue was close by! Everything about the size of the home was perfect! Only thing was there is not a hot tub like advertised and the group steam shower did not work. The location and views amazing! ”

“Beautiful and so clean! Loved the deck and watching the trains snake by...and my family played every game provided! Very comfortable furniture and beds. A lot of spices provided and having refrigerators on every floor was amazing. Hot tub was great and there was plenty of space for our family of 13 ranging in age from 2-85 to have wonderful time. Monument has a wonderful park, and we always love nearby Manitou Springs. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home !! ”

“The trolley house is absolutely wonderful. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could need at a rental. The outdoor patio is amazing and comfortable and where we spent most of our time. The house was very clean and comfortable. Great proximity to red rocks and the mountains. Would highly recommend. ”

“We celebrated 50 years of marriage in May and so our children and their families all joined us for a Colorado vacation. Your house was a great spot for us all to gather. We enjoyed the weather and the deer, bunnies and birds in the backyard. The hot tub was nice on the cool nights. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and the game room was a big hit with the teens. Thank you for the use of your home.”

“Low key stay about 20-30 mins from Red Rocks/Morrison. You aren’t able to control the thermostat, just a vent in the bathroom, but the unit stays very cool. The rock/pebble path leading to the property can be a little rough to walk on. The mattress is a little soft, but I sleep on a very firm one so YMMV. Super cozy couch/living room area and outside patio area. Would stay here again!”
