“We absolutely ADORED staying at this cottage. We went for Spring Break and it was perfect. . We enjoyed relaxing at the cottage, eating wonderful food in town, and enjoying the scenery. The location of the cottage is perfect. It's just 10 minutes away from Colorado Springs which was so convenient. The hot tub and shower were amazing. We loved reading by the creek. We plan on visiting again soon! The property manager was the nicest ever, too!”

“We only had a few days to visit due to our schedules being so busy. Our grandsons live in Colorado Springs, they’re the reason we visited. The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors. Highly recommended!!”

“This property was cute. There were a couple of personal dislikes. First the bed squeaks horribly. Every time you get in and out, roll over etc. Thank goodness I remembered my ear plugs for both myself and my husband or we would not have had any sleep. The shower does not drain so by the end you are standing in dirty soapy water. Otherwise it was everything we needed for our stay. ”

“This property was exactly what you should expect in a mountain cabin. Beautifully appointed and unbelievably clean. You notice how well kept it is the second you walk in the door. Very cute decor. My mom has lived in this area for 26 years. We rented this cabin to surprise her for her 80th birthday. It's wonderful. ”

Not to far from the brewery and her house and we were able to head down to Denver without to far of a drive. Super cute cabin the bed is amazing! This was perfect for the 3 of us. “We had a wonderful time on this property. The listing is accurate and the house is a special getaway from busy life. Out of the way but still so close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, hot chocolate next to the fire and great movies after dinner. The owner has everything you need. Check in was easy, the location was easy to find, and the owner was so accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend. ”

“The house itself was clean and in a nice location. Had no troubles reaching the host and was given good instructions for check in/check out. I gave it a 3 star overall because the drive up/drive way is terrible. Giant holes in the gravel road that could easily cause damage to car if not careful enough. Also, the address listed on VRBO was different from the one sent to me in an email.”
