“Our family enjoyed our stay. It has great views and in the morning we saw a deer out the back window. The hot tub was nice, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I loved that it was close to the attractions my family was interested in, such as Pike’s Peak, cave of the winds, Manitou Springs, and the cliff dwellings.”

“We used this home at “home base” while visiting family in the area, so used mostly for sleep and working remotely. The main floor of the house was very pretty, comfortable, and contemporary. “The good: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi. Very simple to get to Ball Arena. The not so good: Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say……
