“We enjoyed our stay - great house with room for all of us and well-stocked kitchen too. We cooked several meals and enjoyed walking into downtown Castle Rock. House is on a quiet residential street with easy off-street parking out front. ”

“We've been traveling to Denver with dogs for years, but this is first time we've stayed in Tennyson Street neighborhood. Cory's guesthouse was perfect for us & our 2 small dogs. Everything you need including a great neighborhood to walk about and enjoy lovely old & new homes with beautiful gardens & small ethnically diverse eateries of all stripes. Two parks are also within walking distance. It is plain that Cory has taken great care in making his guesthouse on a lovely property as welcoming &……

“The property was wonderful and comfortable. Every out of town need was thought of and provided. The owners were very thoughtful in providing everything you could think of to make your stay complete. The location is also perfect for a quick walk to downtown Castle Rock. We had a very enjoyable stay. ”

“I decided I needed a getaway weekend with my daughters and to come see my best friend that lives in conifer and works at Craft Mt brewery for my birthday. This little cabin was perfect. Not to far from the brewery and her house and we were able to head down to Denver without to far of a drive. Super cute cabin the bed is amazing! This was perfect for the 3 of us. “The stay was amazing!! Such a nice place in a historic district!! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, not like where I live with all the city noise. A very nice historic looking property. Clean, well kept and supplied! Thanks for the espresso and tea. The futon was comfy. Bed was great!! TV was very full of great apps. Thanks so much. I hope to stay here again when I come back to Denver.”

“This place in my opinion would be a 20 out of 10. I'll explain why. The small thoughtful detailed things that are in this home. Sound machines and touch lamps that charge your phone. The kitchen is equipped with waters and condiments. The washer and dry was the icing on the cake. Every space in this home is well thought out to invite conversations. The back yard is wonderful for families to eat out doors. We will definitely be back.ke ”
