“The property doesn't have A/C, but; to be fair, A/C was not listed as an amenity. With that being said, the first night sleeping wasn't comfortable as the floor fan simply couldn't cool the room down. However, the following night we opened the windows and slept quite well. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood quiet. Tyler was very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. ”

“Delightfully decorated condo in a great location. We were 15 minutes from everything we had planned on doing in Denver. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Loved the gas fireplace that turns on with a flip of the switch. This was a perfect stay for us as we began our National Park trip through Colorado. ”

“Easy check in, separate entrance to this basement apartment, enough space for 1-2 people comfortably. My favorite part was the neighborhood. 1-2 blocks from Snooze, Voodoo Doughnuts, lots of bars/restaurants/take out food/coffee shops. Easy access to e-bikes and scooters, the bus route that takes you to Union Station where you can get the train to the airport (10 total!), 8-10 Uber/Lyft ride to convention center. It was clean, had everything I needed. ”

“Perfect! Highly recommend. Location was great to downtown Golden (quick bike ride or quicker car ride). Apartment was immaculate, plenty spacious for two of us, nicely decorated, super comfy bed. We didn't cook meals here, but kitchen seemed adequately stocked. There were so many nice touches that were appreciated and make traveling easier- ie: welcome cookies, visitor guide, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, sunblock, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
