“The stay was amazing!! Such a nice place in a historic district!! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, not like where I live with all the city noise. A very nice historic looking property. Clean, well kept and supplied! Thanks for the espresso and tea. The futon was comfy. Bed was great!! TV was very full of great apps. Thanks so much. “This was a large well appointed property that was perfect for our family get together. Very near interstate and convenient to many locations. There was a large park with nice sidewalks within walking distance. We will stay here again when we come back to the Denver area.”

“It was a nice place to stay… however We bought steaks to grill on Christmas Day. We had already cleaned the grill previously. Prepped the steaks, preheated the grill…Propane tank was empty. We had to pan cook the steaks and then spend 45 minutes cleaning the stove and kitchen area. ”

“When I arrived, I met Tim and he was very nice and helped me feel right at home. The space was perfect for me and my 4 kids and it had everything we needed. We made many memories over the kids Christmas vacation we will never forget. I am very grateful to Tim and Sheresa for sharing their home with us. “This rental was a last minute decision. There were no reviews and we took a chance. We were not disappointed!! The house was very lovely and immaculate. We had room to spread out. Had it been a little warmer, we would have enjoyed the outdoor spaces. This home is in a lovely neighborhood just a block or two from city Park. So it was a great to take walks. I think the only negative thing I can think of is I would've preferred a regular coffee pot because the Nespresso is just not my favorite kind……
