“The property doesn't have A/C, but; to be fair, A/C was not listed as an amenity. With that being said, the first night sleeping wasn't comfortable as the floor fan simply couldn't cool the room down. However, the following night we opened the windows and slept quite well. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood quiet. Tyler was very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. ”

“Delightfully decorated condo in a great location. We were 15 minutes from everything we had planned on doing in Denver. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. “Loved that the Farmers Market was across the street. I met a high school friend at Botanic Gardens and could easily walk. We walked to the bakery on the corner in the morning. We checked out late, because I was confused and thought we were booked for another night; the owner was great and said we could book another night, but we didn’t end up needing to. “We loved our 3 night stay at this great little suite. The area is beautiful with many historic houses and mansions in the surrounding blocks. All the excitement of Coldax is just a block away, 10 mins to Ogden Theatre and 10 minutes to the Red Rocks shuttle stop at Illegal Pete’s.
