“I was only in town one night to see a concert at Red Rocks. The property was in a perfect location, and my friend and I enjoyed visiting the shops in downtown Littleton. It was a quick and easy drive to Red Rocks. The property was very clean, cute and cozy! ”

Inexpensive to replace just the head. • Neither bathroom has a toilet paper holder • Living room coffee table and dining room chairs need……

“Fix the bed! I would rent again. I would have given 5 stars if it as not for the bed. Headboard with an overhanging shelf less than 2.5 ft where you head would rest. I'm not worried about being closed in space, but I'm 6ft tall. I would have to put my head in the overhanging shelf to fit the bed. I did not want to hit my head when I awakened.The picture of the bed in the listing has a lot of throw pillows in head rest area. This is misleading.I had to put them on the floor,. and make the bed……

“We loved staying here, it was so close to Red Rocks, Golden (which was so fun to explore!) the bed was comfy, the shower stayed hot the whole time. So easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay again. Thanks!!”

“For what we needed, it was very pleasant... except for the tobacco-y musky scent that hit us every time we walked into the place. My daughter kept getting headaches. The property management sent over 2 cans of Lysol that merely masked it. We opened the windows to air it out every day. The place was neat and tidy. Nice kitchen and well stocked! The beds were OK, except that they are platform and very low to the ground (low ceiling choice I'm sure) and the ends are not supported well - I kept……

“The bed was not a queen size. The room was very tight with all of the furniture in an attempt to provide seating other than the bed and a dresser/TV stand. Temperature of the space was comfortable, however the room is very dark and you need to use inside lighting day and night. Two of the pillows and the comforter have feathers, would recommend the owner replace with other fillers due to allergens.”

“Highly recommend. The neighborhood is nice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for breakfast/lunch/dinner variety. Very close to City Park (Museum of Nature and Science, Denver Zoo, playground, lots of walking trails). The apartment is in the basement and it was very cute. The steps down were a little steep and my husband (6'3) had to duck to keep from knocking his head, but that's to be expected in an older home. Our kids appreciated the games that were supplied. Overall very much……

“The apartment was clean, nicely decorated basement apartment with everything we needed to crash there while we were in Denver for work. Access was through the back/alley, directions to get in were a little confusing at first but we got there. Host was super communicative and nice:)Like other people have mentioned, it is a basement apartment, so there is a little bit more noise with a pup and young kid upstairs. We were expecting it and it didn’t bother us, but if you’re someone who is bothered……

“Good communication with property owner and easy to access apartment. Close to ballpark, Union Station, and conference center. Easy, flat walk Restaurant downstairs was closed during my stay (no fault of property owner) but looked lovely. It was nice to have access to a number of rooms. Perfect for a single person. No doors between floors or rooms, so might have been more difficult if I was staying with my family.”
