“We were 21 people in town for a family wedding and we had a wonderful time. We hosted a dinner for 30 in one of the condos and it worked really well. The common space is great for groups, beds are super comfortable and the place is light and clean. We enjoyed the roof decks as well. Jon was so responsive as a host and did whatever he could to make our stay enjoyable. Our family really loved our stay.”

The space itself is incredible with great amenities and perfect for large groups and the location is unbeatable with plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. Jon was very flexible and communicative and I will definitely look to rent the space anytime a group of friends is in town!”

Walking distance to grocery store, great restaurants (Snooze, Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza & Aloy Thai) and secure parking. Host was quick to answer any questions and even helped us fix the coffee maker. “Easy check in, separate entrance to this basement apartment, enough space for 1-2 people comfortably. My favorite part was the neighborhood. 1-2 blocks from Snooze, Voodoo Doughnuts, lots of bars/restaurants/take out food/coffee shops. Easy access to e-bikes and scooters, the bus route that takes you to Union Station where you can get the train to the airport (10 total!), 8-10 Uber/Lyft ride to convention center. It was clean, had everything I needed. ”

“The location of this condo is excellent. It's in a quiet building and walkable to restaurants. We felt quite safe walking around, mindful that Denver is a city. The included secure garage parking with a dedicated space was helpful since we had our car with us for our cross country trip. “Very nice stay. Visually very nice place, and comfortable. Easy access, instructions and troubleshooting was great with the property manager on tv issues. My only complaint is there is glare in the master bedroom between the blinds and edge of window, but it was only a couple nights , so could have just been one light that was not on sometimes”

“If I had to describe our stay in one word, I would use luxury from the well appointed fully functional kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms. The beds and the sheets were super comfortable got great rest. The neighborhood is easy to get to easy on and off of I 25. Would totally stay here again and would totally recommend it to any family or small group passing through Denver!”
