“The house was perfect for our family. We didn’t spend much time there as we were visiting family. Check in was easy and directions to check out were easy! Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking ware and everything you need to make a delicious meal or grill out! The location was perfect for all our outings to Manitou Springs, Royal Gorge, and Cheyenne Mountian. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Colorado Springs!”

“The Cozy Cottage lived up to its name! Clean and well-stocked; the house is in a quiet area of the city, yet minutes away from everything. It was perfect for our quick stay. Bryana was a wonderful host who quickly responded to any and all questions - especially around where to go, what to see and where to eat & drink.Will absolutely stay here again!”

“Me and my boyfriend wanted something cheap and simple for our weekend getaway . This little cottage was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed (washer/dryer, kitchennette, microwave, fridge, air fryer, etc). Loved the open floor plan, made the place feel bigger and the back patio was very nice for the two of us. “Such a great little cottage. Place is well stocked with all the things people forgot to pack, all the way down charging cords! Very clean, plenty of towels, bathroom essentials, and even snacks for us late night snackers. Located close to several good restaurants; The Pantry which is a great breakfast restaurant, The Wines of Colorado, which is decent place for dinner.
