“The tiny home was nice, but there were too many obstacles to overcome for a 5 star. The house is on the exterior of the trailer park neighborhood, making the 530-7 AM time hard to sleep through as you hear the traffic/ music/ loud motorcycles as there is a stop light adjacent. We were almost run over numerous times by other tenants/ residents. The grounds were in need of a weed eating or mowing and there were ants on the outside furniture. The washing machine combo did not work, the clothes……

It was close to the activities that we were wanting to do. About 15 minutes away from Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and Manitou Springs. If we ever visit Colorado Springs again, we will check if Dirt Bag Cavern is available :) ”

“This was the perfect house for our stay! We were passing through town and wanted a centrally located place close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak — and this home was absolutely ideal.From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with freshly baked cookies and beautiful fresh flowers throughout the home — such a thoughtful touch! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need if you love to cook or enjoy staying in with friends.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking……

“Property was nice . We loved the back area and the hot tub.It is on a noisy street. The bedrooms have pretty loud air conditioning units which help muffle street noise.”
