“The location was phenomenal. It was really cute and cozy.Only issues, it is a little deceptive that you have laundry access. The occupants that live on the property and share washer and dryer left stuff in both the washer and dryer the entire time of our stay (five nights).That was really difficult with a family and my parents not to be able to wash. Finally the night before we left we took there stuff out and put it on top to wash one load but when we got back to change it over they had already……

“Everything is exactly how it is described in the listing. BUT, pictures don’t do it justice. You have to experience it in person. This property delivers in so many ways. Your first impression, “amazing”. The moment you walk through the door, you feel like your home. There is not one detailed missed.or one amenity overlooked. Michael is a fabulous host, communication spot on, answering questions quickly. Side note, if you are planning on visiting during snow season, rent or drive a 4 wheel……

“This is the second time staying at this property over the Holiday season. The property is great! Fits our family nicely - plenty of space! A few minor improvements recommended for the future:There was not a standard set of pots and pans with which to cook or bake. There were no hot pads/oven mitts.Internet was spotty at best - could barely send text messages to people in the house on the same WiFi No sponges to clean dishes or wipe counters. These are nice-to-haves and didn’t detract from the……

“We loved the house from the moment we entered! It was clean, spacious, and had all the extras of home and more to make it our home-away-from-home for a long weekend. You can see Pike's Peak from the kitchen window!! We hiked Garden of the Gods at the spur of the moment one morning - it's about 15 minutes away. The hot tub was amazing! Thanks for a great long weekend in the Springs!”

“My family, a group of 21, with ages ranging from 6 to 70 years old thoroughly enjoyed the lodge for our Christmas holiday. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas with 3 large Christmas trees and a few smaller trees around the house. The spacious lodge was perfect for our large group and the amenities offered were such a nice touch. The house had beautiful views from every balcony. Our family was concerned about visiting Colorado in the winter due to cold temps and snow but the lodge……
