“The location was phenomenal. It was really cute and cozy.Only issues, it is a little deceptive that you have laundry access. The occupants that live on the property and share washer and dryer left stuff in both the washer and dryer the entire time of our stay (five nights).That was really difficult with a family and my parents not to be able to wash. “Overall a lovely historic property that was centrally located to many Manitou experiences. It is within walking distance to the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Miramont Castle, and Manitou shopping. The property was well represented in the pictures provided. Our one issue was there were water pressure problems with three of the five bathrooms, but we discovered this at the end of our stay so did not communicate this with the owner. Jean provided helpful information and did send maintenance to shovel……
