“The place was very clean and nice. The dining room table was nice and large. The location was very centrally located. We will definitely stay here again!”

The location is perfect - an easy drive to Colorado College, downtown, the Broadmoor, and Garden of the Gods. There are chickens beside the studio and during my visit one vocal rooster who has been rehomed .”

“Great location, two blocks from Tejon street so we could walk to Sunday brunch. Kitchen was well outfitted and the porch had two nice cushioned rockers where I sat with my coffee n the morning. We will book again. Great for our small dog with an outdoor pet area and she could wander in the fenced in porch area. ”

“Great location! This property had everything we needed without being cluttered with a bunch of stuff we don't need (like prior renter's groceries). The bed is super comfortable! We appreciated the off-street parking, but the long, steep driveway and small parking area makes it very difficult to maneuver. The host warned us that we should move our car before the incoming storm, as ice and snow could make it impossible to get the car out. That was much appreciated.”
