“The location is well off the beaten path but still walking distance to downtown. Very clean and quiet area, Plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable, but an extra blanket would be nice. Very well set up as a jumping off point to go explore.”

“The most beautiful rental we have ever stayed! This rental had all of the conveniences of home. Everything was very thoughtful and you felt like the owners care and take your stay in the upmost consideration. There is an outdoor patio with a fire pit we used every night and morning, taking in the beautiful views of Pikes Peak and the stars. “This is an extremely nice three-bedroom walkout basement property. The exterior grounds are very much a work in progress, so don't let that throw you when you arrive. The kitchen was excellently organized and easy to use. The bathroom was small, but workable. The unit was very clean. The entrance was in the back, down some steps, and with a mulch path.
