“It was a great place to stay”

“Home had all the extra touches that I loved but never see. Coffee, plenty to towels etc. a few snacks. Spices etc in kitchen. Look before you go to store. Very clean. Yard, so therefore first impression wasn’t great.”

“Nice easy to get to and host was Very friendly and accommodating. She also communicated well.”

“some things to consider to impove, the bathroom door does not close, the shower could use a grab bar for safety reasons, and the rug under the bed could use to be cleaned or just removed. ”

“This is a basement apartment, as indicated in the description. However, the instructions for accessing the basement are unclear. The surrounding area is not particularly attractive, with no landscaping. You can park one sedan along the street, but when we arrived with two sedans, we encountered some parking difficulties. There is an additional parking area available, but it's on a slightly elevated ground, making it suitable only for SUVs. It can accommodate two SUVs. This apartment is not ideal……

“Clean for the most part. AC didn’t work took 3 days to get a window unit in. There was no hand soap or dish soap. Closet doors in both bedrooms were not connected to tracks. Knob on hallway closet was dangling. And bathroom toilet. Host would say she was coming and never showed. She didn'tlet me know the maintenance person was coming or not. I had to continually try reaching her.”
